We are hiring freight broker agents! 2 years of transportation experience is recommended but not mandatory. We have training in our office and online to assist with any questions you may have to ensure smooth transportation services. We're offering 70% commission for this position.

We ship freight all over the United States and we communicate with our clients to ensure when the freight would be ready to keep the shipment moving at all times to ensure a smooth supply chain flow.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with shippers, carriers, and other key stakeholders in the transportation industry.
- Negotiate and secure competitive rates for freight transportation services.
- Coordinate the movement of freight from origin to destination, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
- Utilize technology and industry knowledge to match shippers with appropriate carriers.
- Resolve issues and provide excellent customer service to clients and carriers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Freight Brokerage Agent or in a related role is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems and industry software.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
